NPM is now accepting Breakout session submissions for NPM’s 50th anniversary celebration! Our theme for 2026 is “Forever We Will Sing” drawing inspiration from Psalm 89. The convention takes place in Washington, DC at the Catholic University of America from July 19-24, including our pre-convention and post-convention events.
Submissions for Breakouts will be accepted now through Monday, October 6th by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time. Due to time constraints, no submission proposals will be accepted after this date. Please submit your proposal(s) via this link or the button below.
When the submission period has ended, all sessions are reviewed by programming representatives and the core committee. We will select sessions which best meet the goals and theme of the Convention, and meet the present ministerial needs of pastoral musicians. We strive to have representation among music styles, instrumentation, skill level, gender, and cultures.
If you are affiliated with a publisher and/or sponsor, please note that proposals must be submitted through them in order to be sponsored by them.
