The presence of Asian Pacific liturgical musicians in American parishes today cannot be understated.
We are Filipinos and Vietnamese clergy and pastoral musicians who come together to celebrate our rich culture, religious traditions and practices from ‘home.’ We continue to flourish and grow as we gather each year to share our ideas with energy, faith and more passion to learn from each other.
Pastors, liturgy directors and music ministers understand the depth of our Asian religiosity and background. With our different traditions, they learn ways to celebrate with the participation of the whole parish community here in the US and other parts of the world.
