For the past year we have been working behind the scenes to bring you a better experience, connecting you to your membership details and to the NPM membership at large. Today we are pleased to introduce you to this new member experience!
Cecilia (The Member Portal of NPM) has now become The NPM Music Room.
The Music Room is a room that we as pastoral musicians use as an important gathering place for all volunteers in our program. It’s a place where there’s music, prayer, and community and is as much of a musician’s space as the church sanctuary itself.
NPM now gives you a Music Room to gather with your fellow pastoral musicians across the country. Simply log into The Music Room (formerly Cecilia) and access some of your membership benefits even easier than before.
New benefits now include:
- A simpler convention registration process: Easily add on events and items like the Epic Organ Crawl (Pre-Convention) or the Chanticleer Concert while pre-registering for Breakout sessions like you have in the past.
- A members-only directory: Find and send messages to NPM members within your account in the Music Room.
- Convenient multi-year renewals: Set it and forget it! Renew your NPM membership as a multi-year renewal and you’ll save 15% off a 2-year renewal, OR 25% off a 3-year renewal!

IMPORTANT: Please note that you will need to reset your password just once in order to access this new system.
Step 1: Visit The Music Room by bookmarking this link, or by going to NPM.org – “My NPM Account” – “The NPM Music Room”.
Step 2: Log in for the first time. Your username is your registered NPM email address; all NPM members were sent a password for initial access the morning of February 27. This password will be changed once you initially log in. If you did not receive the email, contact npmsing@npm.org for login credentials.
