2022 Convention: COVID-19 Policy

As of June 14, 2022:
We continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and make decisions for the convention based on guidance by the CDC as well as state, local, and archdiocesan protocols. At this time, we encourage you to test before you travel, as per guidance by the CDC. The U.S. Government is offering 8 COVID-19 tests for free, which you can order here. We will also have a limited number of COVID-19 tests and masks available at the NPM Booth. Our host city, located in Jefferson County, recommends that if you are immunocompromised and/or at risk for severe illness, talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need to wear a mask and take other precautions. (source: CDC) The CDC also recommends that, in light of the current risk level in Jefferson County, members stay up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccines, and get tested if you have symptoms. You will be notified via email if any safety protocols increase prior to the convention.
